Cygnus Formations Ltd provides UK business formation, immigration support, compliance services, digital services, and third-party assisted services. Many of these services involve immediate professional work and external costs; therefore, we follow a strict refund structure.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only for the following service categories:

  • Company Formation Packages
  • Website Creation Services
  • Sponsor Licence Application Support
  • Visa Handling Application Support

All other services and fees not listed above are non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

  • UK Virtual Business Address Services
  • VAT Registration
  • Accounting Support
  • EORI Registration
  • Any consultation or advisory service
  • Bank account support service
  • Any service already started or completed
  • Charges paid to third-party organisations

4. Refund Window (Time-Based Refund Rates)

Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@cygnusformations.co.uk.
Refund amounts depend on when the request is submitted:

5. Services Already Started (Strictly Non-Refundable)

Refunds cannot be issued if work has already begun on your service. This includes:

  • Companies House application submitted
  • Any incorporation documents processed
  • VAT/EORI applications submitted
  • Website design or development started
  • Any communication initiated with solicitors, accountants, or UK authorities
  • Any document preparation or consultation already delivered

Once service execution has begun, the order is considered non-refundable.

6. Third-Party Fees (Non-Refundable)

All third-party fees are strictly non-refundable. This includes payments made to:

  • Companies House
  • HMRC
  • Accountants
  • Solicitors
  • Payment Gateways
  • Any outsourced professional or regulatory body

We cannot recover these fees; therefore, they cannot be refunded under any circumstance.

7. Customer Fault or Document Delay (Non-Refundable)

No refund will be issued if the service cannot be completed due to customer-related issues, including:

  • Failure to provide required documents
  • KYC/AML/Identity verification failure
  • Customer delays preventing service progression
  • Bank onboarding declined by third-party banks
  • Providing incorrect or fraudulent information

In these circumstances, the order is classified as customer fault, therefore non-refundable.

8. Partial Refund Structure

Where applicable, partial refunds will be calculated as follows:

  • Admin Fee of £50 – Always non-refundable
  • All third-party payments deducted
  • Remaining service fee refunded according to the time-based refund window

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

We maintain strict compliance with anti-fraud and chargeback regulations.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks will be treated as fraudulent activity.
  • We reserve the right to provide supporting evidence to payment processors and financial institutions.
  • Evidence includes emails, agreements, invoices, service logs, submitted documents, and communication records.

10. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within:

7–10 business days
(depending on your bank or payment provider)

By making a payment to Cygnus Formations Ltd, you confirm that:

  • You accept that certain services are non-refundable.
  • You understand that work may begin immediately after payment.
  • You consent to third-party fee deductions and admin fee deductions where applicable.
