1. Service Overview
Cygnus Formation Ltd (“Company”) provides virtual phone numbers and business hotlines in multiple countries, including Singapore, Australia, the UK, the USA, and Canada. These numbers are for business and personal communication purposes, subject to local regulations.
2. Customer Responsibilities
- The customer agrees to use the number for lawful purposes only.
- Any misuse, fraudulent activities, or violations of telecom regulations may lead to immediate termination of services.
- The customer must provide accurate and verifiable documents for identity and compliance checks.
3. Payment & Billing
- The customer agrees to pay the setup fee and monthly subscription charges as per the agreed pricing.
- Payments must be made in advance to activate and maintain the service.
- Any failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Customers must submit required KYC (Know Your Customer) documents, such as identification and proof of address, to comply with regulations.
- Businesses must provide company registration documents and authorization letters.
- Cygnus Formation Ltd reserves the right to request additional documents at any time.
5. Service Activation & Termination
- The service will be activated upon successful verification of documents and payment confirmation.
- Either party may terminate the service by providing written notice 30 days in advance.
- No refunds will be issued for services already provided.
6. Liability & Indemnification
- Cygnus Formation Ltd is not responsible for service disruptions due to third-party providers or regulatory changes.
- The customer agrees to indemnify Cygnus Formation Ltd from any legal actions arising due to misuse of the service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and any disputes shall be settled under UK jurisdiction.
